Yes. Single cookies can be added to your bag on their own, or combined with boxes and limited drops in the same order.

Absolutely. Create Your Box lets you choose a 6-count or 12-count box and select every flavor inside it. Premium flavors may carry a small upcharge, shown as you build.

Limited Drops are seasonal and experimental flavors released in small batches for a short window. Once a drop sells out or its window closes, it's gone until we bring it back.

Keep cookies sealed at room temperature away from direct sunlight. For a just-baked finish, warm them for a few seconds before serving.

Cookies are at their best within three to five days of baking. They can also be frozen in their packaging and enjoyed later.

Yes. Every cookie is individually wrapped and then presented in our signature plum and gold packaging.

Pickup locations, days and time windows are listed at checkout and always reflect our current schedule.

Local delivery is offered on select days when your address is inside our delivery area. Available windows appear at checkout.

Reach out with your order number as soon as possible. Changes can usually be made until your order enters production.

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before baking begins. Once production has started, an order can no longer be cancelled.

If something sells out after you order, we'll contact you to swap the flavor or refund that item — your order never ships incomplete.
